Individual adults psychotherapy
Life is a long road and sometimes we need to take a break.
In individual therapy we have the chance to stop and become aware of the road we have already walked. Accepting the origins and structures that brought us to be who we are, accepting the circumstances present moment. In therapy we take a break in order to breath and go back to the road with fresh horizons, objectives and goals.
Using the therapeutic space as place of construction, people will have the chance to check in therapy their patterns of thought and action, and at the same time will have the opportunity to listen to their emotions and feelings.
Through an holistic approach which introuces humanistic and cognitive to a Systemic Therapy Base, people will become stronger and more aware of their own tools, taking consciousness of their own resources, gaining autonomy, security, confidence and self-steem to continue their journey.
